910MFG 350Z Harness Bar (Z33, 2003-2008)

Built for high-load track use, drift rigs and full service builds. Designed to provide proper shoulder-belt geometry, structural rigidity and clean integration with your fabricator’s interior.

Key Specifications

  • Tubing: 1.625″ (41 mm) OD mild-steel with 0.120″ (≈3.0 mm) wall thickness — matching premium harness-bar standards.

  • Material core: 0.250″ (≈6.4 mm) mild-steel plate mounting brackets welded to the tubing for maximum strength and correct mounting flatness.

  • Finish options: Raw steel (standard) or optional powder-coat in your choice of finish for branding/paint coordination.

  • Fitment: Bolt-in design using factory Z33 mounting points. No cutting of interior panels required, preserves seat recline and rear access where applicable.

  • Safety compliance: Proper harness-bar geometry ensures belts mount below the shoulders and provides mounting points for 4-point/6-point belts and extinguisher/camera mounts.

Why Choose Our Version
In the competitive track and drift world, off-the-shelf options often compromise either fitment, serviceability or finish. The 910MFG Harness Bar solves all three:

  • Precision fit — jig-mounted for Z33 chassis tolerances so your drivers won’t struggle with mismatched holes or crushed brackets.

  • Service friendly — we ensure clear clearance of seat rails, interior trim and rear bulkhead brackets for quick driver changes, tether mounting or cage integration.

  • Finish flexibility — raw steel option gives you full control: powder-coat in your house color, etch-mark your serial number, add laser-engraved logos or keep it as “race raw” for your build-to-paint workflow.

  • Build-quality — Full TIG welds, no plug-weld shortcuts; reinforces critical zones for high-G lateral loads and hard throttle transitions typical in drift/road-course use.

Installation Notes

  • Remove OEM harness bar or any previous unit and ensure mounting surfaces are cleaned and painted or under-sealed if raw steel is used.

  • Use factory bolts (or supplied hardware) torque to OEM spec; confirm bracket flushness before final tightening.

  • After installation, re-check seat belts or harness mounts for correct geometry: belts must run directly to the bar without significant deviation or angle.

  • If using a full cage or roll-bar, confirm compatibility of bar mount points with cage brackets; bar has been designed to clear most roll-bar setups when installed properly.

  • For powder-coat finish: mask mounting surfaces of the bracket before coating to maintain bolt torque reliability and avoid thread contamination.

Ideal For

  • Fabricators and drift-shops who require a clean, factory-grade bolt-in harness bar for Z33 chassis builds.

  • Drivers who want a minimal-profile bar that does not intrude into passenger or rear-bulkhead space but still meets competition harness geometry.
